Includes Rough Inspection and Final Acceptance.
Total Area Protected Multiplied by $.015 per sq. ft. Minimum $75.00

Underground Hydrostatic Test
Flat Fee: $50.00

Hood And Duct System/Halon
Includes Plan review and Final Acceptance
First system $50.00
Additional system in same building $25.00

Spray Booths
Includes Plan Review and Final Acceptance $50.00 Per System

Other Inspection and Review Fees
Re-inspection-failing-not being ready $75, Second Time $150, Third time $300
Inspections outside normal hours M-F 9-17:00 and Holidays…. $150

Fire Works Stand $500.00 Per Calendar Year
Special Event $100 per Event
Inspections outside East Grand Fire District add: $100 plus mileage charge.
Additional plan review for changes, additions, or revisions $50 per occurrence.
Other plan reviews $100 w/ inspection, $50 without inspection.

Use of outside consultants for plan checks or inspections or both….Actual cost.
Resubmittal of Plans: $75.00
Development and Subdivision- Reviews and or Approvals,
includes 2 meetings with developer or agent: $100.00 Additional meeting(s)
with developer or agent: $100.00 per meeting.
Additional plan review for changes, additions or revisions of plans: $50.00 per occurrence

Tenant Finish/ Construction Plan Review

Includes Plan Review, Permit Letter and Final Life Safety Inspection.

$10,001.00 - $25,000.00 $125.00 for first $10,001.00 plus $6.00 for each additional $1000.00
$25,001.00 - $100,000.00 $225.00 for first $25,001.00 plus $5.00 for each additional $1000.00
$100,001.00 - $1,000,000.00 $525.00 for first $100,001.00 plus $3.00 for each additional $10,000.00
$1,000,000.00 and up $795.00 for first $1,000,001.00 plus $1.75 for each additional $10,000.00
